【退款政策】



「退货可接受范围」,

如果货物已过期、货物或包装损坏。

「退货不接受范围」,

如果退货的理由是因私人因素或喜好,不接受该货物。


送货员抵达地点后,将致电通知与最多等候15分钟,若无人回应,送货员将重新安排隔日送货,唯您将被征收多一趟的运费于买方漏接疏忽。

**我们强烈建议您,提供两个可联系的联络号码,以防上诉不愉快事件发生。

如遇上突发状况,您无法亲自接收货物,送货员将致电,经您同意将货物置放到您所指定的接收地点,并且拍照留证whatsapp发送给您。经买方同意,货物之后的状况本公司一概不负责或不接受申请退款。

请留意,申请退货时效只限货到的2小时内,当您收到货物后,请务必即刻检查您的货品、数量是否正确,货品状态是否完好。2小时后的投诉,恕一概不受理(不接受退货退款)


* 申请退货时,请附上单号,并且确保货品没有被使用或开封,货物状况必须保留原本的包装。


* 您可以选择,

1- 拍照 或 

2- 录影(需高清,明亮,清晰显示问题点,并且留言告知),来申请退货。

请务必配合以上指示,以免拖慢申请进度。




【退款事宜】


接收退货申请后,我们将在隔日至少1至2天内(不含周末与公共假期)上门回收该货品,以便进行核对处理。一旦您的申请被接受,我们将在whatsapp给予通知,请提供您的完整全名与银行资料,退款将于每周六进行,款项将自动退回至您的信用卡或下单时的付费方式。

您的退款将被征收RM2.00的处理费用于支付管道。


【延迟或未收到退款】

• 请先自行检查银行户口款项是否已回退。

• 如果您选择信用卡退款,请于退款通知的3日后(不含周末与公共假期),联络您的信用卡银行询问详情。

• 如果您根据以上指示后依旧收不到任何回应或退款,请务必whatsapp留言联络我们。

[Return Policy]


We accept your return request:

If the items are expired and broken


We do not accept your return request:

If the return reason is you don’t like the items or it doesn’t suit your personal favor.


When your delivery arrives, you will receive phone call from deliverymen. After 15 min waiting and no responses from you, your delivery will be re-arranged and you might be charged of another shipping fee for second delivery.

**We strongly recommend you to provide 2 contact numbers, to avoid the issue above from happening.


In case of emergency, you are unable to receive the delivery, our deliverymen will get your consent to drop the items at the place you instruct, deliverymen will take a photo and send you via Whatsapp as proof of delivery. With your consent, anything happens to the items after dropping off, we would not take responsibility.


Our policy only lasts 2 hours, the moment you receive your purchase, you should inspect your items. If 2 hours have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


*When request for return, please provide us your invoice number, and make sure your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


*You can choose to

  1. Take photo of the items, or
  2. Video recording (video content must be clear to point out your issue), to request return.

[Refund Policy]


When request for return, our deliverymen will reach you and retrieve the items. If you are approved, kindly provide us your full name & bank details, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

[Processing Fee]

The refund will be charged for RM 2.00 processing fee to our gateway settlement.


[Late or missing refunds] (if applicable)

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
