If the return reason is you don’t like the items or it doesn’t suit your personal favor.
When your delivery arrives, you will receive phone call from deliverymen. After 15 min waiting and no responses from you, your delivery will be re-arranged and you might be charged of another shipping fee for second delivery.
**We strongly recommend you to provide 2 contact numbers, to avoid the issue above from happening.
In case of emergency, you are unable to receive the delivery, our deliverymen will get your consent to drop the items at the place you instruct, deliverymen will take a photo and send you via Whatsapp as proof of delivery. With your consent, anything happens to the items after dropping off, we would not take responsibility.
Our policy only lasts 2 hours, the moment you receive your purchase, you should inspect your items. If 2 hours have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
*When request for return, please provide us your invoice number, and make sure your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Video recording (video content must be clear to point out your issue), to request return.

When request for return, our deliverymen will reach you and retrieve the items. If you are approved, kindly provide us your full name & bank details, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
